the new Mr. Blue Sky

Het genie achter Electric Light Orchestra ELO is natuurlijk Jeff Lynne. Hij heeft een aantal ELO hits opnieuw opgenomen waarbij het zelf alle instrumenten speelt. Daarbij is Mr. Blue Sky de titel van de cd en is er ook prachtige animatie gemaakt op dit nummer. Ideaal om het grijze herfstweer te verdrijven. Enjoy!

Jeff Lynne, the genius behind ELO, the Electric Light Orchestra, has re-recorderd some of his greatest ELO hits. Of course he wanted full control, so he played all the instruments,  recorded and produced the album. Enjoy the great animation made to the title track, Mr Blue Sky!

We love swiss mountains!

Een zwitsers berglandschap blijft toch een prachtig gezicht.
Als je goed kijkt zie je in mijn werk nu en dan een berglandschap op de achtergrond.
Recentelijk heb ik deze tekeningen gemaakt.
Redelijk gedetailleerd en mischien terug te vinden in een toekomstige illustratie.

Ik zit momenteel in een kitscherige Zwitserland periode. Dus je kunt binnenkort nog meer van dit soort 'heimat-art'verwachten.
